Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Modesto, CA invites applications for a Batch/Blending Technician on the 3rd shift. This role supports high-speed beverage production, ensuring batch integrity, accurate ingredient weighing, and strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards.

You will work with SAP-based batching, perform CIP/COP sanitation, operate forklifts, and document results for QA. Candidates should have a High School diploma and 1–2 years’ manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Good English oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching and blending equipment per SOPs.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and quality specs.
• Maintain sanitation and CIP/COP on lines.
• Accurately document batch data and samples.
• Assist with loading ingredients using forklift.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures.
• Support QA in laboratory testing samples.
• Adhere to safety PPE and food safety policies.
• Collaborate with QA/Blending and production teams.
