Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Batching associate for a fast-paced beverage production environment in the Modesto area. You will adhere to GMP/HACCP, safety rules, and quality standards while handling batching, blending, and forklift activities.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, and English communication. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Formal training in areas such as SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene etc. preferred.
• Able to routinely lift 50lbs.
• Able to perform duties within a high stress/pressure environment, Have a sound general knowledge of mathematical skills, i.e. measurements/formulas.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written (English).
• Solid comprehension of production schedules and laboratory testing.
• Understand quality improvement, increase efficiencies, improve yields, and eliminate out of specification or damaged product.
• Attention to detail required.
• Obtains/Sustains forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE in the warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, state/city regulations and GMP/HACCP policies.
• Train and certify in batching/blending equipment.
• Ensure quality and integrity of the product run on the lines to meet specifications.
• Transport required ingredients and pre-weighs by forklift to and from required areas.
• Program bulk ingredient delivery system and record amounts accurately.
• Complete all required documentation for batching/blending operations and forward to QA/Blending.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning of the area throughout the shift.
• Perform CIP/COP sanitation of all batching/blending lines, tanks and equipment.
• Receive and unload tankers of bulk concentrates as needed.
• Report all non-compliance and safety issues to management.
