Job summary

Refresco is hiring a Batching Blending Technician for the night shift at our Joplin, MO facility. You will operate batching and blending lines, ensure GMP compliance, and follow QA/QC specifications to guarantee product quality.

You will use SAP for ingredient verification, operate forklifts for bulk deliveries, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Join Refresco and contribute to safe production, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement in a high-volume beverage manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience with GMPs and HACCP standards.
• Ability to program bulk ingredient delivery system.
• Follows batching/blending sheets and records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE.
• Ensure product quality and integrity on the lines.
• Transport ingredients by forklift and pre-weigh.
• Verify ingredients against SAP and inventory controls.
• Program bulk ingredient delivery system.
• Complete batching documentation and forward to QA.
