Job summary

The Maven Hotel in Denver's Dairy Block invites an experienced hospitality leader to plan and manage the bar and other food and beverage outlets. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure quality service, and comply with policies while meeting financial goals.

This role oversees short-term planning and daily operations of the bar and lounge, leading teams, forecasting budgets, and implementing promotions to boost revenue and guest experience at The Maven.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two to three full years of full employment in a related position.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate outlets' staff to hire, train, coach, and conduct reviews.
• Ensure SOPs and safety compliance; optimize service and hospitality.
• Forecast and manage outlet budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to enhance sales prospects.
• Create and implement promotions to attract in-house guests.
• Monitor beverage inventory and equipment maintenance.
