Job summary

The Maven, part of Sage Hospitality Group in Denver, seeks an experienced Bar & Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead staff, ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards, and drive revenue through strategic promotions and cost control.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of related experience, strong leadership and communication, and a solid background in restaurant/hotel beverage operations within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two to three full years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong knowledge of bar and beverage operations, safety, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the bar and other food and beverage outlets to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals.
• Lead and develop associates; schedule, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor budgets and costs to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and future sales.
• Create promotions and displays to attract in-house guests and local market.
