Responsibilities

• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest contact.
• Ring guest checks, handle cash and charges per policy.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and maintain supply lists.
• Comply with state liquor laws and maintain pars.
• Perform sidework according to schedules.
