Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado, is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager to oversee beverage operations across the casino floor and restaurant outlets. You will ensure regulatory compliance and coach a team of beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 21+ years old with eligibility for a Colorado gaming license, 2–5 years of F&B management experience or hospitality education, and strong financial acumen to support budgeting and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain Colorado gaming license.
• 2–5 years of Food & Beverage management experience or a hospitality degree recommended.
• Ability to understand and apply financial reports; strong problem-solving and mediation skills.
• Excellent guest service, communication skills, and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage operations on the casino floor and in restaurants.
• Monitor compliance with supervisory staff duties and policies.
• Recruit, interview, and hire beverage staff; coach and discipline as needed.
• Ensure adherence to beverage portion control and manage inventory.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational and budget goals.
