OnTrac in Nashville is seeking a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist to join a growing team responsible for fleet maintenance records, invoicing, and regulatory compliance within our Fleet Department.

The role requires strong administrative skills, the ability to handle data entry accurately, and excellent communication with facility personnel. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, with evening shifts Sunday through Wednesday and Thursday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative or clerical experience.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
• Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
• The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department.
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry.
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet.
