Job summary

Impellam Group is seeking a Project Manager for our E&C unit in Juno Beach, FL. This role coordinates internal and external teams from pre-construction through construction for Battery Energy Storage System projects.

Key duties include developing technical scopes, optimizing project variables for feasibility, and supporting PPA negotiations. Occasional travel to U.S. and Canada locations is required, with a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and renewable energy.
• PMP Certification and advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project development teams to meet schedules.
• Develop the project's technical scope and optimize variables for feasibility.
• Support PPA and GIA negotiations and jurisdictional needs.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating and procurement requirements.
• Present financial models to executives and manage the model through approvals.
• Travel to project locations for onsite oversight and stakeholder engagement.
