Job summary

Crescent Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for our Engineering & Construction (E&C) Business Unit in Juno Beach, FL. This role coordinates internal and external resources across development, engineering, estimating, supply chain, scheduling and construction for Battery Energy Storage System projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting, with PMP and advanced Excel skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting is required.
• PMP Certification and advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Strong project management, financial analysis, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate matrixed project development teams to meet the project schedule.
• Engage environmental, regulatory, land acquisition, and interconnection needs.
• Develop and optimize the project’s technical scope and financial feasibility.
• Support PPA and GIA negotiations with origination and development teams.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating and procurement requirements.
• Present and manage the financial model through budget approvals.
• Source, negotiate and execute critical services contracts (geotechnical, survey, EPC).
• Travel to project locations and support multiple projects across North America.
