Black & Veatch Corporation seeks an Integrated BESS Execution Director to provide executive leadership for development, execution, and growth of integrated BESS solutions serving technology, data centers, and mission-critical clients. Responsibilities include EPC and professional services delivery, shaping contracts, and scalable delivery models.

The Director oversees cross-functional teams, ensures performance against schedule, budget, safety, and quality metrics, and guides strategic growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years in energy infrastructure, EPC, power generation, microgrids, or related industries.
• Strong leadership managing large multidisciplinary organizations and complex EPC projects.
• Experience with technology, hyperscale data centers, or mission-critical clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Integrated BESS business, including EPC and services.
• Direct project directors and managers across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
• Ensure safe, on-time, within-budget project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop scalable execution models, contracting strategies and service offerings.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and risk management.
• Mentor leaders and build a high-performing team.
