Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is the world's leading solar O&M provider, operating globally with extensive expertise in BESS and solar plants. The Maintenance Technician will support utility-scale assets by performing scheduled maintenance, monitoring equipment, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, English communication, and the ability to work with CMMS systems. Travel is expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College or technical degree preferred.
• Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc. a plus.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM work including measuring, reading, testing and maintaining site components.
• Maintain safety by adhering to company protocols.
• Ensure CMMS work orders are complete in their entirety.
• Inspect and clean BESS equipment; verify SCADA site configuration.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend training in safety, environmental and other areas as assigned.
• Maintain 5S standards in work area and site.
• Travel will be required for this position.
