Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. seeks an Engineer, Product Serviceability & Field Reliability to close the loop between how our BESS is engineered and how it is deployed, commissioned, and serviced in the field.

You will translate field failure data, commissioning friction, and O&M feedback into concrete design inputs, and provide standards, diagnostics, and documentation to field teams and EPC partners for safe, efficient service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in utility-scale BESS or related power systems.
• Experience bridging OEM/product engineering and EPC/field execution.
• Experience in performance testing, capacity validation, or commissioning.
• Proficiency in SQL for fleet telemetry monitoring and Python for analysis.
• MS in Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical liaison between Product Engineering and Field Services.
• Support RCA on field hardware/firmware failures and translate findings into change requests.
• Develop fleet telemetry monitoring scripts and run trend analyses.
• Author technical standards and field-readiness documentation.
• Identify bottlenecks affecting serviceability and propose improvements.
• Assist with RFP technical due diligence and design input.
• Report reliability trends to Deployment leadership.
