Ford Energy is launching a state-of-the-art BESS manufacturing facility in Glendale, Kentucky. As a Controls Engineer, you will help design, program, and validate automated systems powering grid-scale energy storage products.

You’ll work with Siemens SP700, Omron PLCs, Fanuc robotics, and RSLOGIX; lead fault analysis and preventive maintenance, and mentor technicians in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Experience with automation systems and controls engineering is expected.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and robotics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Program, modify, and troubleshoot machinery using PLC programming software and HMI screens.
• Manage interaction between servo systems and upper-level computers; configure parameters for production loads.
• Lead fault analysis and root-cause identification for complex automation issues.
