Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of asset management experience in energy storage or related fields.
• Experience with BESS, renewables, or power systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or CMMS for issue tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the post-commissioning lifecycle of BESS assets and LTSA requirements.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and field services to minimize downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement with supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams on performance improvements and software updates.
• Provide regular updates to customers on availability, maintenance schedules and issues.
• Apply Lean principles to streamline maintenance workflows and reduce waste.
• Maintain asset management records and KPI reports using CMMS and Salesforce.
