Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or technical services.
• Strong understanding of BESS technology, energy storage systems, and grid operations.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CMMS software for issue tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills interfacing with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the post-commissioning lifecycle of BESS assets and LTSA requirements.
• Collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and field personnel to resolve hardware and software issues; coordinate maintenance.
• Proactively monitor issues, drive uptime, and optimize performance.
• Maintain asset management records and provide data-driven insights to customers.
