As an Asset Manager on FlexGen’s Lifecycle Solutions team, you will play a key role in overseeing and
optimizing the availability and performance of battery energy storage systems (BESS) under long-term
service agreements (LTSA). This role blends technical expertise with asset management responsibilities,
ensuring energy storage assets operate reliably, efficiently, and profitably for FlexGen’s customers.
You will collaborate with internal teams, OEMs, and customers to monitor performance, coordinate
maintenance, resolve issues, and continuously improve system availability. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in asset management, BESS technologies, and technical operations, with a passion
for delivering high-quality service and driving customer satisfaction.
