Job summary

FlexGen is seeking an Asset Manager for its Lifecycle Solutions team to oversee BESS assets under LTSA and optimize uptime and profitability for customers. You will coordinate with OEMs, field teams, and customers to resolve issues and improve availability.

The role requires a strong background in asset management, BESS tech, and technical operations, plus proficiency with Salesforce or CMMS. Travel up to 10% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in asset management, operations, or technical services.
• Strong understanding of BESS technology, energy storage systems, and grid operations.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CMMS software for tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work with customers and teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-commissioning lifecycle of BESS assets under LTSA agreements.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and field services to maximize availability.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Maintain asset records, KPIs, and system health using CMMS and Salesforce.
