Primary Responsibilities

1. Pouring drinks when the slip printer produces an order, serving food at the bar, preparing condiments, changing beer and tonic kegs, and general cleaning of the work area.
2. Maintaining a clean and neat work environment, including tables, floors, chairs, and the service station.
3. Assisting other employees as needed.
4. Pre-bussing tables.
5. Stocking liquor and bar items following delivery.
6. Preparing and replenishing bar supplies, garnishes, and beverage ingredients for daily activity.
7. Maintaining and balancing the cash drawer, ensuring all financial transactions are correct.
8. Serving alcohol responsibly by observing customer intoxication levels and adhering to alcohol service policies.
9. Rotating stock.
10. Preparing drinks, batch recipes, and mixing to product specifications.
