Job Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Primary Responsibilities

1. Pour drinks when the slip printer produces an order, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change kegs, and clean the work area.
2. Keep the area clean and organized, including tables, floors, chairs, and the service station.
3. Assist other staff as needed and pre-bus tables.
4. Stock liquor and bar items following delivery, replenish glassware, prepare garnishes, and obtain supplies.
5. Maintain and balance the cash drawer accurately.
6. Serve alcohol responsibly, observing customer's intake and adhering to alcohol service guidelines.
7. Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes and product specifications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and work under pressure.
• Stand and be active for a 9-hour shift.
• Effective communication in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
