Job Overview

We are building our brand and seeking dedicated employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurant features a distinctive brick oven, symbolizing our commitment to authentic flavor and quality. We are looking for passionate individuals to help us grow brick by brick through innovation and excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pour drinks when orders are received, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change beer and tonic kegs, and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Keep the bar area, tables, floor, chairs, and service station clean and organized.
• Assist other staff members as needed.
• Pre-bus tables and stock liquor and bar items following deliveries.
• Prepare the bar for daily operations, including replenishing glassware, garnishing drinks, and obtaining supplies.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Serve alcohol responsibly, monitoring customers' intake and adhering to alcohol service guidelines.
• Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes and product specifications.
