Description

We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! Our restaurants feature a distinctive brick oven, symbolizing strength and authenticity. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us grow — brick by brick — through innovation and excellence. We want to hear what inspires your fire inside.

Primary Responsibilities

• Pour drinks when an order is produced, serve food at the bar, prepare condiments, change beer and tonic kegs, and clean work areas
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, chairs, and service stations
• Assist other staff as needed
• Pre-buss tables
• Stock liquor and bar items upon delivery
• Prepare the bar for daily activity, including replenishing glassware and garnishes
• Maintain and balance cash drawer accurately
• Serve alcohol responsibly, observing customer intoxication levels and adhering to Alcohol Awareness guidelines
• Rotate stock and prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications

Requirements

• Preferred skills: Sales skills, responsible alcohol service, responsible cash handling
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs
• Work well under pressure and stand actively for a 9-hour shift
• Effective communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
