Responsibilities
  • The Bartender is responsible for the preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and menu items to guests, courteously, and efficiently in accordance with company standards.
  • Assists in the maintenance of the bar area equipment via opening and closing checklists.
  • Creates a high-energy environment that promotes maximum engagement and enjoyment for guests and staff.
  • Communicates effectively with management and team members, fostering an open and respectful work environment.
  • Ensures compliance with all liquor regulations and company policies.
  • Greet guests, take orders, and process payments professionally.
