Job summary

Reonic is a fast-growing renewable energy startup inviting a hands-on internship in Berlin to gain experience across sales, technology, and sustainability. The role centers on translating customer feedback into product insights and supporting onboarding for German customers.

The successful candidate is in the final year of an engineering or business program, expects 5+ month commitment, and will work on-site in our Berlin office with direct exposure to Co-Founders and the Head of Account

Qualifications

• Final year in engineering or business school, or taking a gap year from one.
• Structured, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for at least 5 month internship in our Berlin office.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with the Co-Founders and Head of Account Management on initiatives.
• Assist with drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real customer use cases.
• Set up and configure customer accounts tailored to their business needs.
• Be the go-to technical contact for German customers via chat, WhatsApp, or email.
• Join customer calls alongside Account Managers to support onboarding.
• Provide administrative support, maintaining customer records and tracking engagement metrics.
