Job summary

1KOMMA5° is seeking a product-focused professional to help build scalable service products for the energy future. You will work across markets to shape smart monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle solutions within our Heartbeat AI platform.

You will partner with Engineering, Market Operations, and Commercial teams to drive end-to-end product initiatives, informed by customer feedback and market trends, in a remote Germany-wide setup with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in innovation and driving change.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with product/project management exposure is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders in English and German.
• Detail oriented with multitasking and timeline management.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the energy transition by shaping service products and digital solutions for international markets.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from research to scaling the global service portfolio.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Market Operations and Commercial teams to build scalable solutions.
• Translate operational feedback into improved product processes and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and refine product adoption and customer satisfaction.
