Job summary

Reonic, based in Berlin, seeks a product manager to lead the UK market. You will own the UK roadmap, collaborate with installers, and turn local requirements into reusable platform features. This is a full-time, on-site role in Berlin.

You must have 2+ years in product management, strong research skills, and fluency in English (German a bonus). Expect quarterly UK travel and close work with cross-functional teams.

• Strong research skills blending qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent English; German is a plus.
• Willing to travel roughly once per quarter to the UK.
• Ability to define and critique flows and UX.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK market as PM, identify gaps and optimize.

Please note that for this role, C2 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You Will Do

• Own the UK Market: Be the PM for UK. Find what is missing and optimize

• Talk to Installers Constantly: Calls, site visits, demos, support tickets. You will know your installers the best

• Push metrics: Improve activation, adoption and retention for UK installers.

• Build for Local Rules: Ship features that fit UK reality, from compliance requirements to the things installers there do differently.

• Make It Reusable: Turn UK solutions into platform features every market can use.

• Set the UX/UI Bar: Review flows before they ship and push back on work that is technically correct but bad to use.

• Challenge and Collaborate: Work closely with Core Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

• Hands-On Experience: 2+ years in product management, ideally in a startup or product-driven environment.

• Outcome driven: You have improved a metric before and can walk us through how you did it.

• Strong Research Skills: You combine qualitative and quantitative research to make informed product decisions.

• Strong Product Taste: You spot weak flows and can say exactly define why it is weak.

• Willingness to Travel: Roughly once per quarter to UK to meet our customers on site.

• Language: Excellent English (Bonus:German).
