Job summary

Yoummday seeks a Product Operations & Sales Tech Intern to join either our Berlin (Kreuzberg) office or Munich headquarters. From day one, you will contribute to real product initiatives within a fast-growing tech company, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Data teams to design and deliver features used by thousands of users.

You will support product discovery, definition, analytics, and enablement, with a focus on turning user problems into tangible product improvements.

Qualifications

Academic background in Business Informatics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure information.
Passion for product management and learning quickly.
Experience with PowerPoint and ideally Jira/Confluence or similar tools; Excel/Power BI a plus.
Fluent German and English communication; sense of humor welcomed.
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-growing tech environment.
No prior coding or deep technical knowledge required; eagerness to contribute from day one.
Experience with real, business-critical product initiatives or similar internship roles.

Responsibilities

Product Discovery: talk to leads and operations managers, translate needs into requirements.
Product Definition: co-create user stories and acceptance criteria with teams.
Product Analytics: define KPI logic and measure feature impact.
Product Delivery: support initiatives from idea to launch across teams.
Product Enablement: prepare release notes, FAQs and user documentation.
