Reonic is building the AI-native operating system for renewable installers in Berlin. We’re hiring a hands-on Commercial Recruitment Lead to own go-to-market hiring from SDRs to Sales leadership, partnering with founders and sales leaders on high-impact hires.

You’ll build proactive pipelines, accelerate sourcing, and shape interview processes—driving revenue and growth across Europe while maintaining a sharp focus on candidate experience and hiring quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience recruiting commercial talent in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Ability to identify high-potential SDRs, Account Executives and sales leaders.
• Passion for active sourcing and outbound recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Business Development, and other GTM roles—from sourcing through onboarding.
• Proactively source exceptional SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and other commercial talent.
• Occasionally recruit for Marketing and other business roles as the company grows.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience with fast, transparent communication.
• Build scalable talent pipelines for key commercial positions.
• Continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire top GTM talent.
