Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a Bengali QA Lead to ensure high-quality AI training data. You will spot-check outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit, and help keep standards aligned with style guides.

You will run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers and reviewers, track recurring issues, and maintain calibration sets, FAQs, and examples to improve consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Native-level Bengali with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
• Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.
