Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a Lead quality professional to oversee Urdu AI training data quality. You will spot-check outputs and reviewer work, ensuring grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit align with standards.

You will track recurring issues and escalate critical ones while maintaining style guides and calibration sets. You will also run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers and reviewers, providing clear, expert feedback and guidance.

Qualifications

• Native Urdu with strong written English
• Experience in QA, editing, localization or team leadership
• Clear, specific written feedback required
• Prolonged projects may require living in a country where the language is spoken
