SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, is hiring a Bengali Quality Assurance Lead for remote, hourly contractor work. Pay is up to $25/hour, and you will oversee quality, consistency, and trainer performance across Bengali AI training projects.

You will review Bengali content and QA work, evaluate output quality against project guidelines, and provide precise written feedback to ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bengali, Linguistics, Translation, or related field.
• Native or near-native Bengali with strong reading and writing.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and give feedback.
• 3+ years of Bengali writing/editing/QA or related workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams.
• Comfortable with Discord, Google Sheets/Docs, trackers.
• Experience with AI training or rubric-based QA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring and feedback to trainers and QAs.
• Update teams on new guidelines via Discord.
• Answer questions about Bengali wording and context.
• Activate inactive contributors and manage availability.
• Create and maintain Bengali project documentation.
• Schedule onboarding and training calls.
• Ensure adherence to Bengali language guidelines.
• Propose workflow improvements for scalable QA.
