Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a lead quality professional to oversee Bulgarian AI training data. You will supervise reviewers, spot-check outputs for grammar, tone and cultural fit, and help maintain calibration standards across the team.

Contract is remote for Bulgaria, part-time 10–40 hours/week, paid hourly in USD. You will run onboarding sessions, maintain style guides, and convert recurring issues into actionable guidelines for the team.

Qualifications

• Native-level Bulgarian with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
• Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.
