Job summary

Terumo Europe NV is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Benelux client base. You will be the key link between hospitals, the Sales Teams and the Supply Chain, ensuring smooth order processing and superior customer experience.

You will handle order receipt, invoicing, data management and provide required documentation, while addressing issues promptly and maintaining strong internal relationships. The role offers hybrid work with initial office presence.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and strong administrative skills.
• Effective communication with customers and other departments.
• Knowledge of MS Office is required; SAP knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Order receipt, control & entry.
• Delivery process management.
• Invoicing and customer master data management.
• Provide documents to customers (order confirmations, delivery sheets, certificates).
• Address sales/product issues in the order flow.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and support improvements.
• Generate monthly sales forecast.
