Job summary

Woodard & Curran is seeking a Benefits & Wellness Manager to lead the design and administration of comprehensive benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and compliance for our employee-owned engineering firm.

You will manage the Benefits & Wellbeing Team, collaborate with HR partners, drive open enrollment, vendor relations, and strategy projects while supporting a culture of wellbeing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; 8–10 years in Benefits.
• CEBS or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with self-insured benefit plans preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment/benefits laws.
• Advanced Excel and Word; proficient with Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all benefit programs and Wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead Benefits & Wellbeing Team and partner with HR.
• Manage Open Enrollment, HRIS configurations, and onboarding.
• Vendor management and compliance.
• Strategy and project management.
