Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare benefit plans.
• Process enrollments, life events, and terminations in HR systems.
• Reconcile benefits and payroll data with Payroll and HR Operations.
• Coordinate annual U.S. Open Enrollment with vendors.
• Assist with vendor coordination and communications for well-being programs.
• Maintain benefits data in HR systems and support reporting.
