Premier Law Firm in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Well-Being and Benefits Senior Specialist to join our client’s team. You will manage the day-to-day employee benefits programs and lead wellbeing initiatives to enhance employee experience.

The role requires experience with benefits administration in a professional services setting and familiarity with HRIS systems (preferably PeopleSoft). You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and external providers to support the firm’s people strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee benefits programs in a professional services setting.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of benefits compliance and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs with accuracy and strong employee experience.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits and wellbeing queries, offering expert guidance and issue resolution.
• Coordinate annual benefits renewals, provider relationships, benchmarking, and new/updated benefits.
• Develop, deliver, and evaluate the firm’s wellbeing program across physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing.
• Lead wellbeing campaigns, events, training sessions, and communications to boost engagement.
