Fl Counties is seeking a Benefits Coordinator for an in-person role based in Lecanto, Florida. You will administer employee benefit programs, assist with enrollment, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary liaison between employees, benefit providers, and the HR team.

Responsibilities include ACA tracking and reporting, renewals, monthly benefit invoice audits, annual open enrollment, and maintaining benefits management software/HRIS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years' experience in benefits administration.
• Experience with ACA compliance and benefits renewals.
• Proficient with HRIS/benefits software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Administer employee benefits programs and enrollment.
• Ensure plan compliance with regulations and county policies.
• Serve as liaison with carriers and brokers.
• Manage ACA reporting (1094/1095) and related filings.
• Perform monthly audits of benefit invoices.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS and benefits software; train users.
• Assist front desk and respond to employee inquiries.
