Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in benefits administration and/or wellness program administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy benefits and wellness initiatives.
• Communicate benefit programs to increase awareness and participation.
• Administer day-to-day processing of benefit programs including enrollment and changes.
• Evaluate programs for regulatory compliance and update as needed.
• Conduct training and presentations for benefit and wellness initiatives.
• Report on awareness, issues and statistics for continuous improvement.
• Assist with OSHA safety initiatives in partnership with Facilities/EHS.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for benefit activities.
