Job summary

TSMC seeks a Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits programs at our Arizona operation. You will be the main contact for inquiries, coordinate annual open enrollment, and ensure accurate processing of elections and changes within HRIS and vendor systems.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with ADP and benefits systems. This onsite role offers competitive benefits and a fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience with ADP and benefits administration systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office proficiency are required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for all benefit inquiries and resolve issues across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, EAP, COBRA, PTO, and holidays.
• Coordinate and execute annual benefit open enrollment phases including communications and data validation.
• Analyze and reconcile monthly benefit invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Lead weekly benefits presentations during New Employee Orientation and answer questions from new hires.
• Ensure accurate processing of new hire benefit elections, life events, and terminations within HRIS and vendor systems.
• Draft and promote benefits communications and maintain internal resources (intranet, FAQs, guides).
