Newrest is seeking an entry-level Benefits Specialist to join the HR team on-site in the United States. This role focuses on assisting employees with health insurance, benefits enrollment, and other programs, while entering data into the benefits system and supporting wellness initiatives.

You will work with a team to ensure accurate records, respond to inquiries, and promote wellness programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Assist employees with health insurance, benefits enrollment, and other benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records in the benefits system.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401(k) benefits.
• Advise and counsel employees on benefits-related issues.
• Complete census and deduction imports, including variable-hour tracking.
