Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Benefits Concierge to administer and reconcile employee benefits, partnering with vendors and internal teams. The role focuses on medical plan administration, billing review, and data integrity, while delivering excellent employee service.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid in multiple locations including Reading, PA, Endwell NY, Saddle Brook NJ, Randolph NJ and Muhlenberg PA.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting employee benefits administration (medical/dental/vision/LTD).
• Experience reviewing and reconciling benefit invoices and billing.
• Knowledge of self-insured medical plan administration and eligibility processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support all employee benefit programs.
• Manage self-insured medical plan enrollment and billing."
• Review, reconcile, and process benefit invoices with vendors and payroll.
