Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union in Endwell, NY is seeking a Benefits Concierge to support administration of employee benefits, with a strong focus on medical plan administration, billing review, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate benefits data and timely service.

This full-time hybrid role collaborates with payroll, finance, brokers, and HR to ensure regulatory compliance, enrollment accuracy, and a positive employee experience throughout the benefits lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting employee benefits administration, including medical, dental, vision, COBRA, and voluntary benefit programs.
• Experience reviewing, reconciling, and processing benefit-related invoices, including medical billing and vendor billing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/COBRA/ACA/ERISA and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary offerings.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and ongoing benefits communications; ensure enrollment accuracy.
• Review, reconcile, and process medical, COBRA, and other benefit invoices with vendors and payroll.
• Provide primary employee resource for enrollment changes, claims or billing questions, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS and vendor systems; ensure regulatory compliance.
