Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union in Saddle Brook, NJ, is seeking a Benefits Concierge to support medical, dental, vision, life, and other benefits. You will manage self-insured medical plan administration, billing review, vendor coordination, eligibility, and data accuracy to ensure regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience.

This is a full-time hybrid role with collaboration across HR, payroll, and finance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in employee benefits administration or 3-5 years in a related field.
• Experience reviewing, reconciling, and processing benefit invoices.
• Knowledge of self-insured medical plan administration and claims workflows.
• Ability to interpret billing records and benefits reports with accuracy.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
• Manage self-insured medical plan administration, enrollment accuracy, and billing coordination.
• Review, reconcile, and process benefit invoices with vendors and payroll.
• Serve as primary employee resource for enrollment, life events, and billing questions.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS and vendor systems; support reporting and audits.
