Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union seeks a Benefits Concierge to manage employee benefits programs, billing, data accuracy, and open enrollment. You will partner with brokers, payroll, and vendors to ensure compliant, timely processing and a positive employee experience.

The role focuses on medical plan administration, billing reconciliation, and vendor coordination within a hybrid Endwell, NY environment. Strong Excel and HRIS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability.
• Experience reviewing, reconciling, and processing benefit invoices and payroll deductions.
• Knowledge of self-insured medical plans and vendor coordination.
• Ability to interpret billing records and benefits reports with accuracy.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA and related compliance requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and benefits systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support all employee benefit programs across medical, dental, vision, life and more.
• Support self-insured medical plan administration, eligibility, enrollment, and billing coordination.
• Review, reconcile, and process benefit invoices; resolve discrepancies with vendors and payroll.
• Serve as primary employee resource for enrollment changes, claims, and billing questions.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS and vendor systems.
• Lead wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Handle P&C ticketing inquiries with timely, accurate support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required reporting and audits.
