Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is hiring a Benefits Concierge to administer employee benefits, focus on medical plan administration, billing review, and vendor coordination. You will collaborate with payroll, finance, and brokers to ensure regulatory compliance and a positive employee experience.

The role is Full-Time, hybrid, with first-shift hours, and compensation ranging from $23.00 to $30.00 per hour. Location includes Endwell NY, Saddle Brook NJ, Randolph NJ, Muhlenberg PA, and Reading PA.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting employee benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, and voluntary programs.
• Familiarity with self-insured medical plan administration and eligibility processes.
• Ability to interpret billing records, enrollment data, and benefits reports with accuracy.
• Strong Excel and HRIS skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support all employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary).
• Manage self-insured medical plan administration including eligibility, enrollment accuracy, and claims support.
• Review, reconcile, and process benefit invoices with vendors, brokers, and payroll, ensuring accuracy.
• Serve as primary employee resource for benefit enrollment, life events, and billing questions.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communications.
• Maintain benefits data in HRIS and vendor systems with up-to-date records.
