Visions Federal Credit Union in Endwell, NY is seeking a Benefits Concierge to administer employee benefits programs and support medical plan administration within the People & Culture team. This role focuses on eligibility, billing, vendor coordination, and data accuracy.

You will coordinate annual open enrollment, support claims questions, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional employee service. This is a full-time hybrid position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), SHRM-CP, PHR or similar certification (preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS or benefits administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
• Support day-to-day administration of the self-insured medical plan, including eligibility maintenance, enrollment accuracy, carrier/vendor file coordination, and claims research.
• Review, reconcile, and process benefit-related invoices, ensuring billing accuracy and timely payments.
• Serve as the primary employee resource for benefit enrollment, life events, claims or billing questions, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and ongoing benefits communications.
• Partner with brokers, vendors, payroll, finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate processing, billing, reporting, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS and vendor systems.
• Lead wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs.
• Manage People Operations inquiries via the P&C ticketing system.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and complete required reporting, filings, audits, and documentation.
