Job summary

Minimum two years of HR support experience is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Travel to SCHS worksites may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.

• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries.
• Administer health, retirement, FSA/HSA, life and disability benefits via HRIS (Workday).
• Process enrollments, life events, terminations and related transactions.
