My Hearing Centers, part of WS Audiology, is seeking a Verification of Benefits Specialist to support patients and clinics by accurately verifying insurance eligibility and hearing aid benefits before services are provided.

You will work with insurance carriers and internal teams to clarify benefits, resolve discrepancies, and create a smooth patient experience. This in-office role is Monday–Friday.

We value detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience verifying insurance eligibility and hearing aid benefits.
• Familiar with medical billing processes and payer guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain insurance information clearly to patients.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and hearing aid benefits.
• Contact insurance carriers to obtain benefit details.
