My Hearing Centers, part of WS Audiology, is seeking a Verification of Benefits Specialist to support patients and clinics by accurately verifying insurance eligibility and hearing aid benefits before services are provided.

You will work with insurance carriers and internal teams to clarify benefits, resolve discrepancies, and create a smooth patient experience. This in-office role is Monday–Friday.

We value detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel.

About the Role

The Verification of Benefits Specialist plays an important role in supporting our patients and clinics by accurately verifying insurance eligibility, hearing aid benefits, and coverage before services are provided. This position works closely with insurance carriers and internal teams to clarify benefits, resolve discrepancies, and help create a smooth patient experience.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, in-office position scheduled Monday through Friday. Work hours will be communicated during the hiring process and may vary based on business needs. This is a non-exempt, hourly position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
