Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking an experienced Benefits Technology Department Manager in the Tacoma area. You will oversee benefits administration technology operations and lead a team of benefits technology professionals, ensuring accurate configuration, maintenance, and renewal of employee benefit plans across Employee Navigator and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health insurance license
• Minimum 2 years in benefits technology/benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of benefits platforms and payroll integrations
• Experience configuring groups, plans, and eligibility rules
• Experience mentoring or supervising a team is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, maintenance, and renewal of benefit plans in Employee Navigator and other platforms
• Lead benefits technology operations to ensure accurate plan administration
• Perform QA testing of configurations, eligibility, carrier connections, and payroll integrations
• Serve as primary technical resource for benefits systems and issue troubleshooting
• Mentor and develop a team of benefits technology professionals
• Provide training and technical guidance on processes and system functionality
• Drive process improvements for data accuracy and system performance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues
